The Taylor Model C712 is a high capacity, pressurized Floor Model twin-twist Soft Serve Machine. All current model Tailor equipment is capable of producing quality soft serve ice cream or frozen yogurt.

Offer all the popular soft serve variations from low or non-fat ice creams to custards, yogurt and sorbet. Serve two separate soft serve flavors, or an equal combination of both in a twist. Other features of C712 Taylor Soft Serve Freezer are:

1. Freezing Cylinder: Two, 3.4 quart (3.2 liter).
2. Mix Hopper:Two, 20 quart (18.9 liter). Simplified air/mix pumps deliver the precise amount of air and mix to the freezing cylinders, and reduces operator parts. Separate hopper refrigeration (SHR) maintains mix below 41ºF (5ºC) during Auto and Standby modes.
3. Indicator Lights:Mix Low light alerts the operator to add mix. The unit shuts down automatically to prevent damage.
4. Touch Screen Controls: Microprocessor touch controls are embedded in durable tempered glass panel.Draw counter allows operator to view number of servings dispensed
5. Standby: During long no-use periods, the standby feature maintains safe product temperatures in the mix hopper and freezing cylinder.
6. Two Locking Casters:Front caster shave a locking feature for operators to lock the equipment into place & release it for cleaning.
7. Door Interlock System:Protects the operator from in just as the beater will not operate without the dispensing door in place.
