Advanced Pump-fed floor standing twist Soft Serve Model for Ice Cream, Custard and even plant based recipes! This 2017 Carpigiani Model XVL 3 is a 3 Phase and Air-cooled machine.

A floor standing, high production, pump machine that produces soft serve and frozen yogurt. Includes self-pasteurization and overrun and consistency control settings for various mix types.

Important: Buyer understands that Turnkey Parlor has not physically inspected this equipment and is acting as a facilitator for this specific transaction. The equipment will ship directly from the seller to the buyer. Turnkey Parlor holds a significant amount of the seller's money to ensure the buyer has had 30 days to inspect and test the equipment.
