Refurbished 1999 Taylor 8756 1PH Air Cooled Soft Serve Ice Cream Machine, with a bottom fed pressurized pump system. These go for over $40k today with a very long lead time. This machine was converted to single phase by Soft Serve Parts in 2008 meaning motors and compressors were replaced with new ones in 2008. If you want us to add 2 brand new motors we can do that for $2,500 extra.

As seen at popular locations like 'In an Out', this machine is a powerhouse that produces some of the best product from a Taylor machine. The pump fed system allows for more specialized product consistency, giving you an overall better product.

Taylor 8756 Features:

• Freezing Cylinder:Two, 3.4 quart (3.2 liter)
• Refrigerated Mix Storage Cabinet:Lower front mix cabinet is independently refrigerated to maintain mix below 41ºF (5ºC). Door is hinged on the right. Two, 9 gallon (34.1 liter) mix tanks. Two air/mix pumps deliver the precise amount of air and mix to the freezing cylinder.
• Indicator Lights:Mix Low light alerts the operator to add mix. When the Mix Out light flashes, the unit shuts down automatically to prevent damage.
• Electronic Controls:Finished product quality is monitored by Softech TM controls that measure viscosity.
