The Global/Kelvinator Hardening Cabinet approximately was made in 2008 and never used. You can see in the pictures it is in pristine condition. Global/Kelvinator is known for quality, performance and reliability and has set the standard for use in hardening batch ice cream products and cakes.

The time to freezer the tubs depends on the contents, for example, cream, butter and fruits in the ice cream mix. Those tubs with more of these take longer to harden. Most ice cream makers allow the product to harden overnight. This is not a an actual blast freezer (those go for $30k to $50k and might actually not do anything but freezer burn your ice cream), so don't expect it to harden your ice cream in a few hours. It will harden it faster than a normal freezer, and this will avoid crystals forming in your ice cream.

We guarantee proper working condition on all used equipment we ship. If it is not working for any reason when received, we will pay to have a local service company fix it as long as you notify us there is an issue within 30 days after you receive it.
