CC303 Custard Machine:

Rest assured knowing your frozen custard or refreshing Italian ices are kept at the perfect dipping temperature with the (MDC2:two-compartment)/(MDC4:four-compartment) dipping cabinet. Custom-designed for use with continuous-flow frozen custard and Italian ice machines, this 115-volt, 1-phase, air-cooled storage cabinet comes equipped with a refrigerated condiment rail and two 4 ¼-gallon (16 liter) square containers.
