While the Taylor 794 features a classic three-handle door (Left Flavor, Right Flavor, and Middle Twist), the Taylor 793 features a custom single-spout or two-handle dispensing door with integrated shake spindles designed explicitly for single-base milkshake production.
Beyond the absence of the twist handle, there are three other critical differences:

1. Single-Flavor Base Configuration vs. True Dual-Flavor

• The Taylor 794 is built to run two entirely different flavors at the same time (e.g., chocolate and vanilla). It features completely separate refrigeration cycles and independent viscosity controls for each cylinder.
  
• The Taylor 793 is typically plumbed and operated to run one single flavor base (usually vanilla shake mix) through both freezing cylinders simultaneously. Chick-fil-A uses this setup to maximize volume; both sides pump out the same vanilla base, which is then flavored manually at the attached spindle mixers using syrup pumps.
  

2. Physical Modification and Footprint "Bloat"

• The Taylor 794 is a sleek, self-contained floor model with standard dimensions.
  
• The Taylor 793 features an extended header, integrated side/front brackets, and factory-wired dual shake mixers. This extra hardware makes the machine physically bulkier and heavier than a standard 794, requiring specific operational clearances.
  

3. Electrical and Wiring Variances

• The Taylor 794 requires electrical supply solely for its compressors, fans, and internal beater motors.
  
• The Taylor 793 has an altered internal wiring harness to supply dedicated power directly to the two external milkshake mixing spindles mounted on the machine.

Important: Buyer understands that Turnkey Parlor has not physically inspected this equipment and is acting as a facilitator for this specific transaction. The equipment will ship directly from the seller to the buyer. Turnkey Parlor holds a significant amount of the seller's money to ensure the buyer has had 30 days to inspect and test the equipment. Turnkey Parlor will honor the warranty as stated for any issues that arise during the warranty period.
