The Taylor C723 Soft Serve Freezer is a high-performance, twin-twist commercial machine, perfect for serving low-fat or non-fat ice cream, frozen yogurt, custard, and sorbet. This unit allows operators to serve two separate flavors or a perfectly blended twist of both.

Large Mix Hoppers – Two 14-quart (13.2-liter) hoppers with Separate Hopper Refrigeration (SHR) maintain mix below 41ºF (5ºC) in Auto and Standby modes.

Advanced Touchscreen Controls – A user-friendly microprocessor provides real-time monitoring of viscosity, temperature, draw counts, and cleaning reminders.

Indicator Lights & Auto Shut-Off – The Mix Low light alerts operators to add mix, and an audible alarm can be enabled. If mix runs out, the Mix Out light flashes and the unit automatically shuts down to prevent damage.

Standby Mode – Maintains safe product temperatures during extended no-use periods.

Durable, Ergonomic Freezer Door – The thermoplastic dispensing door allows quick ejection of product. Operators can easily dispense servings using the push-forward, self-closing draw handles.

Safety & Operator Protection – The Door Interlock System ensures the beater will not operate unless the dispensing door is securely in place.
