The Global KDC87 Straight Glass Ice Cream Dipping Cabinets are constructed of 20 guage white powder coat finished galvanized steel interior & exterior, and foamed in place.
The KDC87's refrigeration control is thermostatic and comes with independent on/off switches for the compressor and lights. Both are mounted in the shell with a drain connection. The cabinet is a rear-air intake and front-air discharge. Cabinet
is UL, C-UL an NSF certified.
