Backstory:
Seller purchased it in 2022 from a Menchie's that shut down. His day job moved him out of state. He held on to the equipment thinking he may go back to Alabama but that hasn't materialized and he is tired of paying storage. It is all in a 10X20 space.
If you buy this deal yes you are taking a risk but even if you have to invest a considerable amount to get everything up to speed you should still be way ahead of the game.
