Taylor 104 Batch Ice Cream Freezer
Offer is for a Taylor 104 countertop batch freezer. Manufacted in 2015, this batch freezer is 1ph & air-cooled.
Serve homemade, low or medium overrun ice cream, gelato, sorbet or Italian ice. Fruits, candies, and nuts can be folded in as product is being drawn into your container. Product may be ejected at temperatures low enough for serving, depending on mix formulation, flavorings, and overrun desired
Features:
- Freezing Cylinder: One, 3 quart (2.9 liter). Pre-charge of liqud mix determines overrun.
- Automatic Timer Control: Finished product quality is automatically controlled by setting the time required for the recipe. A buzzer will sound to remind the operator to eject the finished product.
- Funnel: Liquid mix and flavorings are poured into the top, using the convenient funnel provided.

USED EQUIPMENT: You have 14 days to notify us that you want to return used equipment for a full refund less shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee. We guarantee proper working condition on all used equipment we ship. If it is not working for any reason when received, we will pay to have a local service company fix it as long as you notify us there is an issue within 30 days after you receive it.
